Yes, anyone can take protein and creatine, regardless if they workout or not. There are numerous health and nutritional benefits to these supplements.

I been trying for a year and a half and starting at lifting 2kg barbells and now lifting 80kg barbells, no not lbs.. I recommend optimuim nutrition to anyone for protein powder and Australian naturalcare products for vitmins… basically yes you don’t need supplements but they make training fun and enjoyable… craig
I find your video very good… I agree with alot of what you say. I have been doing weights and tried many supplements… I have studied my brands well and the supplements i use are amazing and they are really good.
@KautiousNupe if you like lee go check out elliott hulse he has less videos but better for athletes. Lee’s a little too focused on bodybuilding
